Color overload

And another recipe for Wil:

Baked Ribs

Marinate ribs in:
1 Lemon Juice
1 Onion (or 3 shallots)
3 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp brown sugar
1 tsp A1 sauce (optional)

In a baking tray, put marinated ribs in preheated oven (220 C), bone curve up, for 20 minutes. Take out the tray, cover with aluminum foil, put back in, for at least an hour. Remove cover, and flip ribs. Broil for 10 minutes.

gusto ko ang technique mo rito, blurred ang foreground at background tapos matingkad na mga kulay yung subject. nice!

This is a colorful and beautiful picture.

Your receipe is probably good. I will get back to this and make it. Did you see my Ribbe receipe... It is almost the same without marinade. Mas may lasa pag minarinate.

What sauce do you use? Or do you serve this cold?

Al, no, served hot, I don't usually serve it with sauce, but with fresh fennel atsara... I'll post the recipe later... and I'll try your recipe too!
